Principal's Message

Dear Pleasant Lane Families:

Welcome to Pleasant Lane Elementary School!  Pleasant Lane serves the Lombard District 44 community for those residents living in the northeastern area of Lombard.  Our building serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade, with a student body of approximately 260 students annually.     

Our Pleasant Lane Falcons live by being respectful, responsible and safe at all times.  We have a genuine interest in educating the whole child and hope that this shines through on a daily basis. We celebrate each other’s strengths and differences, encouraging a kind and caring environment for all.  

Our conscientious staff focus on fostering a healthy, positive learning environment in which all will persevere, be responsible and excel.  We look forward to meeting the diverse needs of our students each year and help them to recognize their strengths and weaknesses as we all learn and grow. A supportive community truly helps foster this introspective approach.  We are fortunate to enjoy a supportive community who believes in the cooperative efforts between school and home. Together, we can accomplish anything.
