Kindergarten Pre -Registration: Bring these documents: Child's certified birth certificate showing your child will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2019. Bring ONE of the following: Lease, tax bill, mortgage papers or home owner's insurance policy. Bring TWO of the following: utility bill, driver's license or state ID, voter's registration card, bank statement, credit card statement or Illinois medical card. These documents are needed to prove residency.
